Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery time after processing is typically 5–10 business days, depending on the product, destination, carrier, and fulfillment partner.
Please note that larger wall art pieces, framed prints, canvas prints, or made-to-order items may require additional handling time.
Why did I receive my items separately?
Some orders may arrive in separate packages and at different times. This can happen when items are produced or shipped from different fulfillment locations.
Order Tracking
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
You can also track your order through our Track Order page using your tracking number or order details.
Why is my tracking not updating?
Tracking information can take some time to update after the carrier receives the package. If your tracking has not updated for several business days, please contact us at support@artsyorigin.com with your order number.
Orders and Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@artsyorigin.com.
Because many items are made to order or fulfilled through third-party production partners, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered production, fulfillment, or shipping.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at support@artsyorigin.com.

Returns and Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Because many of our products are made to order and fulfilled through selected production and fulfillment partners, return eligibility may vary depending on the item, fulfillment partner, and condition of the order.
Items may be eligible for a replacement or refund if they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what was ordered.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@artsyorigin.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging
- Photos of the shipping label, if available
We will review the issue and help with a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution when applicable.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different item, size, or style, you may place a new order separately. If there is an issue with your original order, please contact us so we can review your case.
Product Information
Are frames included?
Frames, furniture, wall decor, or decorative items shown in product images are not included unless clearly stated in the product description.
Please read each product description carefully to confirm what is included with your order.
Will the colors look exactly like the photos?
Colors may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings, lighting, display differences, printing materials, and production methods. Slight color variations are not considered defects.
Are your products made to order?
Many of our wall art pieces, canvas prints, posters, framed prints, and decorative art products are made to order. This means production begins after your order is placed.
